
The Chief Advisor unveiled a postage stamp depicting women’s participation in the mass uprising.
To commemorate the memory of the ‘July Uprising 2024,’ the Bangladesh Postal Department has released a commemorative postage stamp worth 10 Taka, an inaugural envelope worth 10 Taka, a data card worth 5 Taka, and a special postmark.
On Sunday evening, at the state guesthouse Jamuna, Chief Advisor Professor Muhammad Yunus unveiled the postage stamp.
At the event, Postal and Telecommunications Advisor Md. Nahid Islam, Secretary of the Postal and Telecommunications Division Dr. Md. Mushfiqur Rahman, and Director General (Additional Charge) of the Postal Department S. M. Shahabuddin were present.
